Our Leadership
Matt Jacobs
Founder and CEO
Matt is a full-time youth pastor in West Virginia and is the leader of the Mud Dog Esports organization. He has played PUBG for multiple teams, both in the collegiate scene and the professional scene.
Brett Mann
PUBG Team Manger
Brett is from Florida and is an active player for the Mud Dog Esports PUBG team. In the midst of playing Brett also works very close to Matt as the Team Manager to help the Mud Dogs grow.
Brendan Viehman
Valorant Team Manager
Brendan is also from Florida and is a full-time marketing and sales campaign manager as well as the active coach for the Mud Dog Esports Valorant team. Brendan has played both CS:GO and PUBG competitively but has found large amounts of success in coaching this team with a win rate of over 80%.
Britton Kennedy
Podcast Team Manager
Britton is from West Texas and while having no professional experience in the esports scene, he is a very active gamer. His affluence in communication and interviewing makes him the perfect fit for our Podcast Team Manager.
